Park Kolomenskoye 0+
Temporarily closed

From the palace of Tsar Alexei Mikhailovich, there are several excellent paths. They may seem a little boring for experienced longboarders, but they are perfect for beginners. Here you can gain sufficient overclocking and at the same time not particularly cripple. And soft wheels provide sure grip. Of course, you also need to keep in mind that there are often a lot of resting passers-by here, so the best time for skiing is in the morning, when no one will bother you.

Ave. Andropova, 39

Green alleys and wide spans of Kosygin Street will appeal to experienced riders. If you are just starting your journey on a big board, then it is better to start by watching those who have already broken more than one knee on the board. The thing is that there are steep descents on which it is dangerous to brake sharply. But of the pluses - the embankment and the observation deck.

Winged Hills 0+

The rough and grainy pavement of the Winged Hills can easily ruin your longboard wheels if you make too many mistakes while riding. Therefore, it is better to train on other, smoother tracks, and come here already, gaining experience. On the tracks in the Velodrek area, you can develop a decent speed and find like-minded people.

North River Station Park

Of the obvious advantages of the park of the River Station and the station pier, one can name spacious squares, asphalt good quality and few passers-by. You can go and not be afraid that someone will interfere with you, and you will accidentally hook someone. True, there are small cracks on the tracks. Of course, they will spoil the impression of the training a little, but not so much that you do not return to the park - rare cracks will not slow down your board.

Pleasant scenery, diverse landscape and a sufficient amount of free space make Sokolniki Park almost an ideal place for those who are just getting on a longboard, and those who already consider themselves a pro. You can also create a route in Sokolniki on your own - for this there are many paths that will make it more interesting.

Naturally, beyond the Moscow Ring Road - in the same Volen park or in Yakhroma - both the tracks are longer and there are more lifts. Magazine/Alpine skiing and snowboarding: where to ski in Moscow - bright travel ideas from the Subtleties of Tourism. Top Ratings and selections about tourism on the pages of "Subtleties".

Only two things are really missing in Moscow - the sea and the mountains. And if in the first case you have to use surrogates - swimming pools and water parks, then in the case of mountains, at least somehow, you can get out of the situation by going to conquer the seven legendary Moscow hills.

Of course, the mountains in Moscow are a very arbitrary concept: they are not the Alps, not the Caucasus, and not even the Tatras. But, firstly, if you are just starting to ski and have not yet decided how much you need it at all, you should start here. And secondly, employers for some reason do not give holidays for 3-4 months of winter, as well as the corresponding salaries to spend all these happy days in the Alps. Therefore, in the "first throne" one can at least somehow, but survive from hill to hill in anticipation of a long-awaited rest. Consider the 7 most popular places for skiing in Moscow.

Of course, the mountains in Moscow are a very relative concept, they are not the Alps, not the Caucasus, and not even the Tatras.

1. Kurkino

Kurkino boasts one track and 2 rope tows, as well as a whole bunch of services - an instructor, a cafe, lighting, as well as picturesque nature with clean air. After all, this slope is located in a protected area in the valley of the Skhodnya River.

2. Novo-Peredelkino

There are three tracks here at once, there is a slope for tubing, a training slope for children and a half-pipe with big air. Skiers are lifted up by one ski lift and 4 "baby lifts". The height difference reaches 50 m, and the length of the tracks is about 200 m, all slopes are artificial.

How to get there: from st. m. "Yugo-Zapadnaya" by bus number 707 or minibus number 43 to the stop "Ski slope Novo-Peredelkino". Official website of the resort.
