There, friends ordered a quest for our children, they are delighted. Unlike undemanding children, who will be happy with everything and will not pay attention to the little things, adults have something to complain about. Friends rented a house for the weekend for a large company, the number of beds was indicated in advance, as a result, the husband slept in the part of the friends' house in the "sic" position on the sofa, because in our half there was only a double bed, which my daughter and I occupied. The room has everything you need for a short stay, I hadKettle and refrigerator are important. The bed is quite decent, the mattress is good, the linen is fresh and new. Slightly shabby furniture, walls, ceiling, redecoration is already asking. A significant minus is the gas equipment in the hall of the room, there was a slight smell, but more "got" a warm radiator in the room, while it was hot outside. I had to turn off the gas column for the night, or as it is correctly called. You can’t open the windows too much, the houses are close enough to each other, and if you are not lucky like our neighbors, you will listen to singing, drunken screams and neighing until dawn. My friends had a super-ladder to the second floor, I see such a miracle of architectural and design thought for the first time, it’s a pity I didn’t take a picture, it’s almost vertical and each foot has its own step :)) The iron-smelling water didn’t bother us, we didn’t drink it and didn’t cook it on it, for this it was bottled. Breakfast. We were given a ticket for a one-time visit to the restaurant, where a buffet was waiting for us. Kashka, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, pancakes, cheese and ham cuts, jam, butter, bread, milk. Tea bags, coffee, hot pot. More than modest. It will go one time. Pancakes are good, but this dish, in my opinion, is difficult to spoil. There were few places in the restaurant, everything was occupied, we had breakfast on the balcony, where there were also tables. In general, conflicting impressions. We have something to compare with, there are better places, including in the Dmitrovsky district. Here, five points for nature and 3 for service. In addition, some friends had some kind of conflict with unfulfilled promises from the administration regarding the child's birthday. The question is in a small amount, but that's not the point. In a place where guests are welcome and want to make their vacation unforgettable, such situations are hard to imagine. The owners and staff have a lot to work on.…

I'll tell you about how we spent the weekend in the suburbs! To the park Xland we were invited to a banquet. This wonderful place is only 53 km. from Moscow along the Dmitrov highway.

The park itself is a large area with a checkpoint, the terrain is flat, there are several ponds, large lawns, a little forest, banquet tents, a restaurant, cottages of various sizes and comfort levels, a restaurant, gazebos, a playground, a fountain, a newlyweds alley ( where spouses can plant their first tree), outbuildings, a mini zoo.

I would like to note the cleanliness and well-groomedness of the park. No overgrown areas, weeds and weeds. The lawns are modest but neat. All paths are asphalted.

The banquet tents are quite large (they would comfortably accommodate 300 people), they are located at a considerable distance from each other for greater comfort of the guests and as such are not tents, but rather a frame building with a roof, decorated with fabric from the inside. The food is decent, the service unobtrusive. Everything is as it should be.

Each cottage has its own lawn, parking for 2-3 cars, high barbecue, flashlights. Inside there are sleeping places, a combined bathroom (shower), linen, towels. Gas is supplied to the houses, there is a boiler, so you can stay overnight here even in winter.

Pavilions stand by the water, you can admire the swans.

Couldn't get past the zoo. You can feed its inhabitants by buying vegetable bags in advance at the restaurant. Large animals are kept in large pens. See photo:

Facilities and service

Just an hour north of Moscow in the Dmitrovsky district, not far from ski resort Sarochany, located in the center active rest Xland. There are several reservoirs on the territory, of which we are interested in two of them.

Due to the fact that the pond is fed by an artesian well, the water is always fresh and cold, and constantly working aerators are responsible for the high oxygen content in the reservoir. Trout fish is very demanding on the conditions of detention, and here the freckled fish feels great. The fish has excellent taste and at the time of writing (December) 9 out of 10 fish are caught with caviar, which cannot but please fishermen and their families.

On the trout pond, they catch a wide variety of gear. By open water here you can see both beautiful spinners, as if descended from the pages of bourgeois fishing magazines, in branded colorful costumes, and modest lovers of fishing with a feeder and a float for shrimp. By the way, often the latter catch much more than spinningists. Paid winter fishing - as a rule, fishermen combine fishing with active gear - spinners, and nymphs with passive ones - vents, postavuhi.

Separately, it should be noted that about a ton of trout is constantly in the pond, which is a very high concentration of fish. Such a number of trout is maintained in the reservoir by constant daily launches. On weekends, with a large number of fishermen, there are 2-3 such launches per day. And this means that the administration makes sure that not a single angler leaves without a fish!

Trout pond rates:

300 rubles entrance (permit) and payment per kg. at the rate of 450r/kg.

2500 rubles - includes a ticket and 6 kg of fish.
Software tariff (caught and released) - 1500 rubles. This tariff is available only to anglers who meet the criteria of the administration - fishing only on spinning, beardless hooks on all lures, silicone landing nets. One fish can be taken. Damaged fish is redeemed at the current price per kg.

The second pond is big.

This reservoir is really relatively large (see diagram). Its area is more than 2 hectares, and the depth reaches 3 meters.

Big is the realm of "unlimited". This tariff has become popular thanks to such well-known payers of the Moscow region as KRKH Krasnogorsk, Laguna, Savelyevo, Three Minnows and others. "Unlimited" means that you pay a certain amount at a time, which is usually 1800-2500 rubles, and you take home all the fish that you caught. Ten, twenty, thirty kilograms - it doesn't matter, that is. fishing without a catch! Everything is yours! The price of fishing on a large pond in the X-Land park is 1400 rubles on weekdays and 1900 rubles on weekends and holidays. There is a half-day weekend rate for those who like to sleep - from 13.00 to 18.00 - 1500 rubles. This amount does not include only carp, which is paid additionally according to the price list of the reservoir.

The large reservoir is rich in species. In summer, the fisherman, who is located on a comfortable bridge, will not be bored by carp, cupid, silver carp and, of course, the ubiquitous crucian carp, perch and pike.

In winter, the main fish that anglers catch on a large pond is a lover of ice water - trout. Here is a space for a large number trout posts and vents with bright gatehouses and flags. It must be remembered that the number of gear per ticket is limited, and therefore, in order to avoid misunderstandings, check the current rules when buying a ticket. There are also enough active anglers on the big one - those who like to wander around the expanses of the pond with a drill and in search of active fish.

Fishing can be reached by car, where there is a huge free parking lot (see diagram, No. 3).

A little about the park itself.

If you simply say that the infrastructure of the park is rich, then it would be wrong. She is the richest! It has everything for active recreation - paintball, bicycles, football, volleyball, ATVs, a sauna complex, bowling and even a mini-zoo with friendly deer, llamas and other beautiful animals.

Drive by car along Dmitrovskoe highway. After you pass the city of Iksha, there will be a turn to Podosinki, this is about 35 km from the Moscow Ring Road. Pass over the Moscow Canal and without entering the village itself, turn left at the first turn. There is not much left, only 10 km. Then there will be a rather winding beautiful two-lane path and when entering the village of Ilinskoye you need to turn right at the sign "X-Land Park".
