EXPLANATORY NOTE.

Logorhythmic classes are a system of classes to develop a sense of rhythm, which contribute to the formation of a holistic perception of space and time in a child, harmoniously influencing the mental processes of children.

E. Kilinska-Ewertowska defines logorhythmics in the broad sense of the word as a system of musical and motor exercises that are carried out in corrective speech therapy. Logarithmics, despite its organized system, is only an addition to the system speech therapy classes. A. Rosenthal believes that logarithmics is new way speech correction, which relies on a combination of musical rhythm with the use of words.

The importance of rhythmic and logarithmic effects on children is emphasized by many researchers. So, he argued that logarithmics helps to identify rhythmic reflexes, adapt the child's body to respond to certain stimuli, establish balance in activity nervous system child, calm overly excited children and disinhibit inhibited children, regulate incorrect and unnecessary movements. wrote that speech therapy rhythm influences general tone, on motor skills, on mood, it helps to train the mobility of the nervous processes of the central nervous system, activates the cerebral cortex.

On logarithmic physical. In a few minutes, the speech therapist and music director direct their attention to the comprehensive development of the child, to his re-education, the elimination of non-speech disorders in the motor sphere, and the development of speech. Children master motor skills, learn to navigate in the environment, understand the meaning of the proposed tasks, are able to actively overcome difficulties, show a desire for creativity.

The development of movements, in combination with the word and music, is a holistic educational and correctional process. The re-education of disturbed functions and the further development of preserved functions require the child to concentrate attention, concreteness of representation, activity of thought, and development of memory.

Phys. minutes based on logarithmics are associated with moral education, the formation of moral standards, the development of volitional qualities: goodwill, responsiveness, purposefulness. These activities create:

Favorable conditions for training the process of inhibition or excitation;

Beneficial effect on children due to the exact dosage of tempo, rhythm, dynamics of music and words;

The ability to identify the individual rhythm of the child and the team, the variety of mimic-motor manifestations;

Ordering and improvement of motor, rhythmic processes develops the ability to concentrate;

Creative approach to classes;

Accounting for the age characteristics of children.

Speech exercises can be used without musical accompaniment. Poetry material has:

1) different corrective orientation: to normalize the pace and rhythm of the child; for the development of a dictionary (verbal, nominal); to automate sound pronunciation in children;

2) a certain dynamic size, when children correlate movements with their arms, legs, torso with the rhythm of speech;

3) the average length of the line, since it is difficult to find the appropriate movement for a long line;

4) saturation with verbal vocabulary to demonstrate movements;

5) storyline And actor to eliminate mechanical movements and bring up a logical connection between text and movement;

6) the poetic material is selected in accordance with the age, speech and motor abilities of children.

The exercises presented in this work contribute to the normalization of the activity of the peripheral parts of the speech apparatus.

Breathing exercises help develop correct diaphragmatic breathing, the duration of exhalation, its strength and gradualness. In exercises for the development of breathing, speech material is included, pronounced on exhalation.

In the process of classes, children are in a state of prolonged static stress. This condition leads to general fatigue of the preschooler. At the same time, the child is not so attentive, does not remember so well, working capacity decreases and, in general, the effectiveness of the lesson decreases.

In order to remove excessive static stress at physical culture minutes, dynamic exercises to relax various muscle groups (neck, shoulder girdle, limbs, body).

Breathing exercises help increase the excitability of the cerebral cortex and activate children.

Exercises that are accompanied by music lift the mood and emotional state of the child. The combination of music and movement is a prerequisite for maintaining the health and safety of children. In my work on conducting logarithmic classes, I was faced with the fact that I selected physical. minutes from various sources for each lexical topic.

Here are verses on lexical topics, to which exercises are selected that take into account the individual characteristics of children and have a developing character. When they are performed, children develop creative thinking, imagination, fantasy, a sense of rhythm, tempo. Poems in the form of a game teach children to coordinate movements with words, which contributes to the speech development of children. These physical minutes can be used in various classes in accordance with the lexical topic.

The exercises are designed taking into account the age of the children, the characteristics of their body. This approach is effective, since it is the game that can cause a positive emotional reaction, long-term interest in classes and ensure the participation of all children in a physical education minute. These "minutes" increase the overall tone, motor skills, contribute to the training of the mobility of nervous processes, develop attention, memory, create a positive emotional mood and relieve stress.

It is very important that the child has the desire to move. A well-known physiologist noted the important role of movements already in the embryonic period of a child's development. Positive influence motor activity on a growing organism is manifested in the improvement of the work of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems. Lack of physical activity of the child can harm the health of the child. This is especially important when a child enters school. By the time the child enters school, 40-60% of children have various functional abnormalities: on the part of the organs of vision - 10%, overweight - 8-16%, posture disorder is observed in every second child.

Motor load is a controlled process, the influence of which can be directed to the improvement and improvement of the systems of the child's body. And if these movements are accompanied by speech, then this effect is impressive. Children who have a speech defect learn sounds faster and automate them in speech.

When compiling a physical minutes were used only author's works (author F).
