Watermelon has very few calories and even those are carbohydrates. Accordingly, you will experience a terrible protein deficiency in the body. To make up for this loss, the body will begin to eat muscle - the only reserve of protein (amino acids) in the body.

As you inhale, lift your legs 15-20 cm from the floor and begin to perform cross movements, imitating the work of “scissors” for 10-15 seconds. Return to the starting position. Do 3 sets of 7-10 reps. When performing the exercise, you should ensure that your buttocks, neck and head are pressed as tightly as possible to the floor.

  • . The starting position is the same as in the scissors exercise. With your knees bent, begin to perform circular movements that imitate riding a bicycle. The “driving” time is 30-60 seconds.

  • Lying on the floor, bend your knees, placing your feet on the floor. Hands along the body. On a count of one, lift your pelvic area, tighten your abs as much as possible and hold in this position for 10-15 seconds. On a count of two, lower your pelvis to the floor. The number of repetitions is at least 20-30 times.

  • Interpretation of the exercise described above only in a lying position. Lying on the floor, tuck your legs together and place your hands behind your head. Slowly touch your right knee with your left elbow and freeze for 2-3 seconds. Return to the starting position. Repeat for the left knee. The duration of the exercise is 2-3 minutes.

  • Fading. Lying on the floor or sofa, place a pillow under your head. Arms along the body, legs extended forward. On the count of one, rise from the pillow a couple of centimeters and stay in this position for 20-30 seconds, using the abdominal muscles as much as possible. Relax. Repeat the exercise 10-15 times.
